Each coupon code is valid for one internet purchase only and must be entered in the form on the
Contact Us page along with your order. The coupon code will be verified prior
to invoice total being calculated. Coupons are not valid past their expiry date.

A representative product is a product which is representative of what we have available and
there may be slight variations in each piece.
Products described as natural are in their natural state and may include blemishes not clearly visible in the
photograph.

For every dollar spent you collect five (5) SpiritMiles. After reaching 1000 SpiritMiles they are
redeemable for a $10 credit towards a future purchase or can be accumulated to any amount.
We will retain your personal information (not credit card) for order fulfillment and direct marketing when your permission has been given.

Shipping will normally be via Canada Post expedited parcel service with standard delivery times. If you wish
delivery faster than standard please indicate that in your email. We will then let you know the shipping costs for
the various delivery time estimates.
Insurance is included without charge for up to $100 in value. Additional insurance cost at current Canada Post
rates will be added to shipping charge unless you indicate otherwise.
The amount of tax charged depends on many factors, including the destination of the shipment and the type
of item purchased. Books are exempt from PST and the provincial portion of HST, but certain book-like items
(such as dayplanner calendars and journals) are not exempt. GST applies to all sales in Canada except in provinces
